I started designing musical instruments in 1976 and have focused primarily on controllers and interfaces linking acoustic to analog and analog to digital sound generators. My first percussion controller was designed in 1977 for use with a MiniMoog synthesizer and controller projects since then have prompted me to develop the instruments being manufactured today.


Using electronic pads offers you an arsenal of sound through digital technology. No one can argue with the advantages of digital sampling and midi control. You can be playing a kit with thunderous toms that shake the hall, and at the touch of a button, change your instrumentation to a set of tympani and tubular bells.

Our kits are available in over thirty finishes and are even offered on standard 7/8" double braced stands. Don’t get us wrong, we like the drum racks, but if you are looking for the comfort of your old set, the double-braced stands are the way to go!
