At Wirges Percussion Systems we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. Our products meet strict quality control standards so we are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products not just to initial owners but to purchasers of used gear as well. For the first year we will repair or replace any defective items free of charge when accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt and a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number can be aquired by contacting us at Wirges Percussion Systems.
After one year of the initial purchase a processing fee of $10 will be charged per piece repaired and must accompany the unit when shipped to us. Please include your return shipping address when shipping the product to be repaired. All claims are to be shipped prepaid to Wirges Percussion Systems, Online Sales, Call Us, Little Rock, AR. This warranty does not apply to heads, playing surfaces, pedals or other items considered as normal wear items. Sound modules or other items not manufactured by Wirges Percussion Systems will be covered under the original manufacturers warranty policies. |
